We have worked very hard with our caterer this year to make sure we're covering a wide range of dietary requirements. Last year, we had a few issues with not having enough vegetarian options so we're making sure everyone is covered this year! Here's the menu we're planning is as follows, all subject to change, of course: 

  • Portabello Mushroom Risotto (vegan/gluten free)
  • Smoked tofu and veggie stir-fry (vegan/gluten free)
  • Spinach and artichoke dip (vegetarian)
  • Fruit display (vegetarian/gluten free)
  • Summer veggies and cheese display (vegetarian/gluten free)
  • Bay shrimp and crab dip
  • Four cheese tortellini with a roasted garlic tomato basil sauce, 
  • Ham, turkey, and beef carving station with button rolls 
  • Petite desserts
